NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-004261-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and William S. Strobhar; Cynthia J. Strobhar; Temple Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, TEMPLE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 88 AND 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
