NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2022, and entered in 2016-CA-006529-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANCIS R. STEVENSON, DECEASED; SHARON ROGERS A/K/A SHARON SHAFFER; FRANCIS E. STEVENSON; JANICE STEVENSON; LAURIE STEVENSON CINCOLA; GEORGE STEVENSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN EVELOPMENT; SPINAL MEDICAL SYSTEMS, P.A.; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
