NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2023, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2019-CA-015624-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, OF TUSCANY PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, AT PAGE(S) 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
