NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2022, in Case No. 2018 CA 2552, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on February 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 42, Vogelsang's Brasota Manor Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
