NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-CA-012936 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KAREN SIDWELL AKA KAREN A. SIDWELL, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 30, CLAIR-MEL CITY NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
