NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003148 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Carmen S. Valdez, deceased, Hillsborough County, Florida, Hillsborough County Code Enforcement Board, Special Magistrate, Mary Roselle Valdez-Herrick a/k/a Mary Roselle Herrick, Rhonda Theresa Valdez a/k/a Rhonda T. Valdez, Ritchie Felix Valdez, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 8, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
