HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-HE3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and AQUISITIONS TRUST LLC,; DAMARIS REDONDO; RODOLFO HERNANDEZ; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
