NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-002152-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and OLLIE R. HUNTER A/K/A OLLIE HUNTER SUNTRUST BANK TRUIST BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PATSY HUNTER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of March 2023, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “B”, ALLEN-GAY SUBN., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
