NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 03, 2023, and entered in 18-003326-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and ERIC EASTER; SANDRA KELLY; HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMORA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-S1; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
