Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Amended Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida for CORAL SHORES OF REDINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, on September 20, 2022 at O.R. Book 22206, Pages 611-613 will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of February, 2023, at the office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. See Attachment “A” for unit and week numbers.
