NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 27th day of October A.D., 2021 in the cause wherein United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company as subrogee/assignee of Bank of New York ABS 15th, P.O. Box 21367 Greensboro, NC 27420-1367, was plaintiff(s), and Jorge Monzon, was defendant(s), being Case No. 12-CA-001525 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Jorge Monzon a/k/a Jorge Enrique Monzon in and to the following described property to wit:
