NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022-CC-000449, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARIA REGUEIRO, KNOWN HEIR OF MARIA B. FORCADE, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENERS, TRUSTEES, AND CREDITORS OF MARIA B. FORCADE, DECEASED are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of February, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 410, Village 7, Neighborhood 2 West, Poinciana Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55 at Page 12 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
