NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated January 4th, 2023, and entered in Case Number: 2020-CC-002851, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND FAIRWAYS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and DONALD D. VOORHEES; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 20th day of February, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
