NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of January, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CC-00646, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LAURA M. CONNOLLY, individually and as, TRUSTEE
OF THE LAURA M. CONNOLLY REVOCABLE TRUST, Dated December 20, 2020 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARIE CONNOLLY, are the Defendants, and CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of February, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 58, Block A, CARLTON LAKES, UNIT NO. 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 52 through 58, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
