Farrington, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Nina Farrington, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Lynn Farrington, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the February 15, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 297, OF MALIBU GROVES, SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
