NOTICE: Jeremy K. Gillette is the Trustee of the Gerald H. Gillette Living Trust, dated November 1, 2001. Gerald H. Gillette died on November 29, 2022. Gerald H. Gillette lived at 240 West End Dr., Unit 1222, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, and his date of birth was October 08, 1947.
Creditors with existing claims against Gerald H. Gillette are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust will then be assigned to entitled persons.
