YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 16, Block 3404, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION SIXTY-NINE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 20, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Dane T. Stanish, Esq., attorney for Big 3, LLC, whose address is 3475 Sheridan St., Suite 209, Hollywood, Fl 33021, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before March 1, 2023, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, a newspaper of general circulation in Charlotte County.
