NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 1/23/2023 and entered in Case No. 22000650CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THOMAS L. CORNWELL II is the Plaintiff; and DWIGHT C. WILLIAMS and the other above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 13, 2023, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
