Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 19, 2023 in the above-styled Case Number 2017-CA-002468-AX in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Lot 167, WOODBROOK, PHASE IIB, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Pages 125 through 129, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property address: 6428 Autumn Woods Way, Sarasota, FL 34243 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on March 9, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
