NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to reset foreclosure sale dated January 17, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-005185 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and DOT ONE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 21, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
