YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following properties in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2146, FORTY-FIFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 38, 38A through 38GG, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; more commonly known as Parcel ID: 1149-21-4609
and
LOT 19, BLK 2328, 47TH ADD TO PORT CHARLOTTE, more commonly known as Parcel ID: 1125-23-2819
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice of Action upon Vestalia Aylsworth, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12307 SW 143rd Ln, Miami, FL 33186-6026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
