YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following properties in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2301, FORTY-SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, page 46 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Parcel ID: 1125-23-0103
and
Lot 24, Blk 2295, FORTY-SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19 page 46 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Parcel ID: 1125-22-9524
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice of Action upon Vestalia Aylsworth, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12307 SW 143rd Ln, Miami, FL 33186-6026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
