NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 17, 2023 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-003825, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE. LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RICHARD H. THAYER A/K/A RICHARD THAYER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RIC THAYER; TED THAYER; DOREEN LICITRA; KELLIE THAYER are Defendants.

THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 41, SUNCOAST ESTATES. ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 32, PAGE 526 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 3. BLOCK 41, SUNCOAST ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNRECORDED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 32, PAGE 526, PUBLIC RECORDED OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
