THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 79, BEDFORD “D” CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2716 PAGE 1, AS AMENDED AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
