Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida for CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation on October 3, 2022 at O.R. Book 22216, Pages 574-576 will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of February, 2023 at the law office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. See Attachment “A” for unit and week numbers.
The following described real property located in PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
