YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
UNIT 209, from the Condominium Plat of ISLAND VIEW SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87 pages 53 through 60, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recording in O. R. Book 6085, page 1380 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest of share in the common elements appurtenance thereto. TOGETHER WITH all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenance, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the following is referred to in this Security Instrument as the “Property”.
