NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 21-003816-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALCIDE B. HOFER AKA ALCIDE BRUNO HOFER, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of February, 2023, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 564, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., NO. 5, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT 13, PAGES 85 & 86, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4020, PAGES 1101 THRU 1166, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
