NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-012142-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL ANTHONY VELAZQUEZ A/K/A MICHAEL A. VELAZQUEZ; OLGA IVELISSE VELAZQUEZ A/K/A OLGA I. VELAZQUEZ; HILLTOP RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 143, HILLTOP RESERVE PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE(S) 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORSD OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
