NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2023, and entered in 2023-CC-006699-O, of the County Circuit Court in and for Orange County Florida, wherein Association Resources LLC, is Plaintiff and The Estate of Elizabeth Becerra, Alexandra Becerra, Rickardo Becerra, and Unknown Person in Possession N/K/A Euriea Becerra are Defendant(s), the Orange County Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on August 29, 2023 at 11:00 A.M., on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
