NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-007964-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff and JOSETTE PIERRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSETTE PIERRE; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 14, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
