YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking declaratory judgment and reformation of deed to the following-described parcel of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit 6, Building #2, SILVER COVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 759, Page 491, as amended by an Amendment to Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 1058, Page 615, the Survey, Plot Plan and Graphic Depiction of Improvements thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 45A through 45D, inclusive, and Condominium Book 9, Pages 12A through 12C, inclusive, recorded in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 7th day of August, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
