NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 30, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 004498, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; TIMOTHY HARVEY A/K/A TIM HARVEY AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE; TIMOTHY HARVEY A/K/A TIM HARVEY; NANCY PAWLAK; JASON HARVEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on August 2, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, WORNS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A PORTION OF LOT 22 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 22, WORNS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY OF EASY STREET, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, A DISTANCE OF 34.80 FEET, THENCE EASTERLY AND DIRECTLY TO THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 22, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 22 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
