NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 3, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-003336 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and RICHARD H. FRARY; LINDA J. GAUSLOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD H. FRARY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. GAUSLOW; BENEVA PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on August 23, 2023 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BENEVA PINES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 47 AND 47A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 3649 ASTER DRIVE, SARASOTA, FL 34223
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
