TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN INDIVIDUALS, JOHN DOES 1-25 claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, JAMES CHAMPLIN, an individual, has filed an action against you in the Circuit Court for Lee County for Conversion, Common Law Fraud, and Unjust Enrichment.
The action is titled James Champlin, an individual v. Sun National Title Company, a Florida limited liability company, John R. Wood, Inc., A Florida corporation, and John Does 1- 25, unknown individuals. Case No.: 2023-CA-006208 Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Meghan O. Serrano, Esq. of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, P.O. Box 49948, Sarasota, Florida 34230, the Plaintiff's attorney, on or before August 7, 2023 the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by Business Observer for Lee County, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
