THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5116 AT PAGE 119 AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 18, BLOCK A, WATERMILL II AT PROVIDENCE LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 07, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 07/31/2023/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
