and commonly known as: 17410 HANNA ROAD, LUTZ, FL 33549; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on September 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
