CHANGE IN WARD'S DOMICILE
TO ALABAMA
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION

CHANDLER DUANE MCGREGOR
Notice is hereby given of the termination of the Florida Guardianship of the ward, Chandler Duane McGregor. The guardianship will be terminated in Florida because of the ward's change in domicile to another state. The case is presently pending in the Probate Court of Baldwin County, Alabama. The address for the clerk of the probate court is 201 E. Section Avenue, Foley, AL 36536.
The Florida Co-Guardian Advocates, Michael J. White and Katina White have been appointed Guardians of the ward in the State of Alabama. The address for the guardians' attorney in Alabama is P.O. Box 1188, 319 Magnolia Avenue, Fairhope, AL 36533.
A petition for discharge is pending in the Florida guardianship based upon the change of domicile of the ward. The guardians filed a final financial affidavit on June 12, 2023, and have filed a Petition for Discharge on June 12, 2023. If there are no objections, this matter may be resolved without hearing and the jurisdiction over this case will be transferred to the Probate Court in and for Baldwin County, Alabama.
Any objections to the guardians' final report or the petition for discharge must be filed with the clerk of the Florida court within the later of 30 days after service of these pleadings upon interested persons or the date of the first publication of this notice. Objections shall be in writing and shall specify the nature of the objections with particularity. If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 90 days, any objections shall be deemed abandoned.
