NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-005896-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600/500 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and DENA GUASTELLA, DECEASED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DENA GUASTELLA OR THE ESTATE OF DENA GUASTELLA, DECEASED, AND CARMELLA GUASTELLA, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CARMELLA GUASTELLA OR THE ESTATE OF CARMELLA GUASTELLA, DECEASED, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSON(S) in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on August 3, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 315, Building 600, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600 CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4316, Page 2048, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 21, Pages 88 through 95, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 5095 Bay St. NE, # 315, St. Petersburg, FL 33703,
Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Parcel Identification# 06-31-17-98405-600-3150.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
