Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Allison's Subdivision, Section 5, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, for point of beginning; thence run Northerly and parallel to the West line of said Lot 2, 8 feet to an iron stake, thence run Easterly and parallel to the South line of Lot 2, 37 feet to an iron stake; thence run Southeasterly 8 feet more or less to an iron stake; thence run Westerly along the South line of said Lot 2 to the Point of Beginning.
AND
Lot 11, less beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Allison's Subdivision, Section 5, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, for Point of Beginning; thence run Southerly along the East line of said Lot 11, 6 feet to an iron stake; thence run Westerly and parallel with the North line of said Lot 11, 16 feet to an iron stake; thence run Northwesterly approximately 6 feet to an iron stake; thence run Easterly along the North line of said Lot 11, to the Point of Beginning.
