NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment After Default entered in Civil Case No. 2023 CC 001006 AX of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FLORIDANA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and MARIE R. POWLESS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARIE R. POWLESS TRUST DATED JUNE 13, 2018, are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell following property located in MANATEE County, Florida:
LOT 7, BLOCK N, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
To the highest and best bidder for cash, in the in the Manatee County Courthouse in the City of Bradenton, Florida, via Internet: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M on August 10, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The successful bidder must pay the balance of the final bid amount plus the court registry fees no later than 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time, on the day of the sale or by the deadline stated in the judgment.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
