NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2023, and entered in 2023-CC-8980 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MAC-BRH, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Tyler Dechalus as Trustee of the Rossville Staten Island Land Trust Dated April 20, 2022, is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on August 9, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit D, Building 69 of Whispering Oaks, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 16059, Page 616, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
More commonly known as: 13830 Orange Sunset Dr., Unit 201, Tampa, FL. 33618 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
