NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Consent Uniform Final
Judgment Reforming and Foreclosing Mortgage, entered on July 10, 2023, in Case No. 17-CA-005235 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SKE FINANCING GROUP, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAY VANESA, RITA PATEL, KEYSTONE SHORES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JERRY W. O'CONNELL d/b/a SHAMROCK PROPERTIES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SOUTHERN HILLS PLANTATION GOLF CLUB, LLC, and, SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants, Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on August 2, 2023, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment and Order, to wit:
