YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you are a named specific monetary beneficiary in the Last Will and Testament of Brigitte R. Davey, which has been filed in the referenced probate administration, and with regard to the Petition for Administration filed therein. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Petition, if any, on ROBERT J. KELLY, ESQUIRE, the Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 605 Palm Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, Florida 34698, on or before AUGUST 11TH, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Petitioner's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
