NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 5, Block 6, BEACON TRACE TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 59-60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 13209 San Blas Loop, Largo, Florida, 33774.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 10 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
