NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2023, and entered July 10, 2023 in Case No. 22-CC-859 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and IBRAHIM ABDULAH I ALBAWARDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IBRAHIM ABDULAH I ALBAWARDI; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton as Clerk of said Court, Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of September, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
