BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST OR MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 18 RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 156.03 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTHEAST OR MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 66.05 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 18, BLOCK 3 OF SAID RE-PLAT AND RUN SOUTH 32°51'10” WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SHERIDAN STREET SW, 55.00 FEET TO A COMMON CORNER OF SAID LOTS 12 AND 18 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 66°01'11”E ALONG A COMMON LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 12 AND 18, 19.38 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 27°47'48” EAST ALONG A COMMON LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 12 AND 18, 82.07 FEET; THENCE NORTH 34°49'24” WEST, 98.04 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
