NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2023, and entered in Case No. 412022CA001482CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and ROSALIE A. RIKER A/K/A ROSALIE RIKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSALIE A. RIKER A/K/A ROSALIE RIKER, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
