NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of July 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-001698, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein CCHC FUND III, LP, a Delaware limited partnership is the Plaintiff and NAPLES SEAPORT 101 LLC, a Florida limited liability company and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse, Annex, 3rd Floor, 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of August 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 101, OLDE NAPLES SEAPORT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3869, Page 3913, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The Real Property having an address of 1001 10th Avenue S., Unit #101, Naples, FL 34102 (the “Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
