NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 8, 2023, and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-002232 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Yohan Perez Hernandez, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Linet Ramirez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 3, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 53, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 73, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
