NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2023 and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-002171-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALFREDO TOLEDO A/K/A ALFREDO A. TOLEDO, DECEASED; ANGEL TOLEDO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on August 10, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 117, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 116,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
